By booking with Prime Royal Cabs, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our chauffeur services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur charges.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate billing for registered clients.
Passengers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup time. Waiting charges may apply after the grace period. Passengers must respect the vehicle and chauffeur.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance, Prime Royal Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Personal belongings are the passenger's responsibility.
